Fix Alpha 1.4

I had recently updated the game to Alpha 1.4. In that update, I migrated to LocalPrefs. I had thought that that would be better, it messed up the save data for the WebGl version. I have now switched back to the PlayerPrefs and hopefully that will fix things. Thank you for the people playing this game!
